Students and faculty of Yeshivas Ohr Eliyahu Lubavitch Mesivta of Chicago gathered Tuesday night to celebrate as Mendy Harlig, age 22, concluded Talmud Bavli. Mendel was inspired to learn Shas six years ago by the Rosh Mesivta, Rabbi Eli Nosson Silberberg.
