On Saturday night November 11th, Frumba Chicago celebrated its six month anniversary in its new studio at the Wifi Building. Frumba offers several different kinds of classes to cater to the needs and sensitivities of all the different members in the Chicago community. Women from all over the city gathered together to workout, socialize, and win fun prizes. The evening started with a jam-packed Zumba class followed by a raffle of Frumba prizes generously donated by exclusive Frumba clients who are also small business owners. The evening ended off with a high energy AJM (All Jewish Music class) featuring cardio, strength, and core exercises. When asked why she comes to Frumba Chicago classes, Rivkah Efron responded, “There is no other place in the city where women from so many different parts of the community can get an intense workout, feel amazing about themselves, and all in a spacious gorgeous studio. Frumba is where it’s at.”
