Over 200 advocates from across the United States came to Capitol Hill for Jewish Disability Advocacy Day (JDAD) 2018. This was the largest JDAD to date. The day was filled with inspiration, insight, and a lot of ruach. Everyone’s advocacy was felt through the halls of Congress with over 50 lobby meetings, representing more than 20 states.

Keshet’s, CEO, Abbie Weisberg was asked to introduce Senator, Tammy Duckworth at Jewish Disability Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill.  Congressman, Brad Schneider also spoke to the group and gave great compliments to Keshet saying that his own children benefited greatly from their experience attending school alongside the students of the Keshet Program.
