Fulton Market was filled with celebration as Chabad of River North & Fulton Market completed and welcomed their first Torah. The Torah was dedicated by the Perlman Family Foundation and local community members. Chabad of River North & Fulton Market is led by Rabbi Avraham and Chava Kagan.
