Step Up for Motherhood!

At Chicago Chesed Fund, our mission is to step up for each other. And that’s what we did, quite literally, last Mother’s Day. Together, we raced up North Harbor Tower to raise funds for fertility treatments. With the money we raised, we helped to cover the costs of 19 fertility treatments, the costs of which are exorbitant. And this year, on Mother’s Day, StepUp is back! On Sunday, May 12th, women from the Chicago community are racing the 574 steps up to the top of the Echelon Building, (which is once again graciously sponsored by Mr. Tomer Bitton), in support of all the women out there on their journeys to building a family.

StepUp may be 574 short steps to the top of the Echelon Building, but it’s a giant leap for motherhood. Join our StepUp committee– Mrs. Tziporah Gelman, Mrs. Elisheva Meystel, Mrs. Shoshana Moskowitz, Mrs. Goldie Rebel, Mrs. Sara Reifer, Mrs. Melissa Shabat, and Mrs. Mindi Zissman in climbing new heights to support families in need of fertility treatments.

Visit StepUpChicago.org to register or join a team – so that next year, we have many more women celebrating Mother’s Day! So, get on your running gear and gather your friends – can’t wait to see you at the top!
