On Tuesday, May 8, 2018, Fasman Yeshiva High School welcomed nearly 50 young alumni to reunion events in three locations in the New York area. The first reunion was held at lunch time for alumni studying at Yeshiva University. The students gathered in YU’s Belfer Hall for pizza with Rabbi Mordechai Ginsparg and Rabbi Josh Zisook. Later that evening, Rabbi Ginsparg had dinner at Benjy’s Pizza with students studying at Touro’s Lander College in Queens.
Concurrently, Rabbi Shmuel L. Schuman, CEO of HTC and Rabbi Zisook welcomed alumni from FYHS classes of 2006-2012 to dinner at Noah’s Ark in Teaneck, NJ. Rabbi Zisook noted, “It was so great to see all of our alumni and we are so proud of all of their accomplishments. The continuity of our yeshiva rests upon the next generation and we want to stay connected.” All in all, our alumni had an amazing time reminiscing and hearing updates about their alma mater and we look forward to future reunion events.
