On Monday, February 26th, the Libenu Foundation, together with Yachad and Friendship Circle, hosted their annual Purim Party. Attendees celebrated with pizza, snacks, and lively music. They made their own “take and bake” Hamentashen and were wowed by a magician. Two impromptu Divrei Torah were delivered to close out a phenomenal evening!
The children of Lev Chicago Respite also enjoyed a festive Purim party, complete with costumes, carnival games, and prizes. They reenacted the Purim story to the delight of all, and took home hand-made Megillot to be used for the chag.
